1. Introduction: Welcome to Sena Kalyan Overseas Employment Services Ltd. (SKOESL). By registering with us, submitting your CV, or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. SKOESL is a concern of Sena Kalyan Sangstha and holds the Government Approved Recruiting License RL No. 1453.

2. Eligibility for Registration: To register as a candidate with SKOESL, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Age: You must be at least 18 years of age (or older, depending on the specific requirements of the host country).
  • Nationality: You must be a citizen of Bangladesh with a valid National ID.
  • Passport: You must hold a valid passport with a minimum validity period as required by the destination country (usually 6 months).

3. Accuracy of Information

  • Document Integrity: You warrant that all documents submitted (educational certificates, experience letters, trade test results, NID, etc.) are genuine and authentic.
  • Zero Tolerance for Fraud: SKOESL maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding fake documents. If any document is found to be forged at any stage, your application will be immediately terminated, and legal action may be taken in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

4. The Recruitment Process

  • Selection: Submission of a CV or registration does not guarantee a job offer. Selection is based strictly on merit, physical fitness, and the specific requirements of the foreign employer.
  • Interviews: Candidates must attend interviews and trade tests as scheduled. Failure to attend may result in disqualification.
  • Medical Fitness: Selection is conditional upon passing a medical examination from a center approved by the destination country (e.g., GAMCA for GCC countries).

5. Service Charges and Payments

  • Transparency: As a concern of Sena Kalyan Sangstha, we adhere to “Utmost Transparency.” We only charge fees as prescribed by the Ministry of Expatriates’ Welfare and Overseas Employment and the specific terms of the foreign employer.
  • Payment Channels: All payments must be made directly to the SKOESL office or designated bank accounts. We provide money receipts for every financial transaction.
  • Warning Against Middlemen: SKOESL generally does not work through unauthorized sub-agents or middlemen. We are not liable for any money paid to third parties outside our official office premises.

6. Visa and Deployment

  • Processing Time: Visa processing times are subject to the policies of the respective Embassies (KSA, Japan, Korea, Greece, etc.) and the foreign ministries. SKOESL is not liable for delays caused by diplomatic missions or government offices.
  • Flight Cancellations: In the event of flight cancellations due to force majeure (pandemics, political instability, natural disasters), SKOESL will work to reschedule but is not liable for associated personal losses.

7. Code of Conduct

  • Behavior: Candidates are expected to maintain high standards of discipline and behavior while inside the SKOESL office (SKS Tower) and during training sessions.
  • Overseas Conduct: Once deployed, workers must abide by the laws and customs of the host country and the rules of the employer. Illegal activities abroad may lead to deportation, for which SKOESL will not be held responsible.

8. Refund Policy: If a candidate is unable to travel due to reasons solely attributable to SKOESL or the foreign employer (e.g., visa rejection without candidate fault), refunds will be processed according to the specific agreement signed by the candidate and adhering to BMET regulations. Service charges are non-refundable if the candidate withdraws voluntarily after visa issuance.

9. Limitation of Liability: SKOESL acts as a facilitator between the Bangladeshi worker and the Foreign Employer. While we exercise due diligence to ensure the reliability of employers in KSA, GCC, Europe, and East Asia, we are not liable for day-to-day workplace disputes abroad, though we will assist in mediation through proper diplomatic channels.

10. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, specifically the Overseas Employment and Migrants Act, 2013.
