In a significant move to accelerate skilled migration from Bangladesh to Japan, a high-level delegation from Sena Kalyan Overseas Employment Services Ltd. (SKOESL), Business Division-7, recently conducted an official inspection and strategic visit to the Yume International Language & Training Center.
The delegation, led by Major Mehedi Hasan (Retd), Deputy General Manager of SKOESL, visited Yume International’s corporate facility in Nikunja-2, Khilkhet, to assess the training infrastructure and discuss the roadmap for placing Bangladeshi candidates in high-demand sectors across Japan.
Focusing on Quality and Ethical Recruitment
The visit comes at a time when demand for Bangladeshi workers in Japan is rising under the Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) and Technical Intern Training Program (TITP). The primary objective of the visit was to evaluate Yume International’s capacity to deliver rigorous Japanese language education (JLPT Levels N5 through N1) and cultural orientation.
Established in 2019, Yume International has built a reputation for its comprehensive curriculum, which includes not just language proficiency but also specialized training in Japanese manners, business etiquette, and interview preparation.
During the tour, the SKOESL team inspected the classrooms and observed the institute’s intensive “7-days-a-week” class schedule. They reviewed the specialized course modules designed for Care Workers, Automobile Engineers, Construction specialists, and General Workers.
Strategic Discussions with Leadership
The SKOESL delegation held productive discussions with Yume International’s leadership, including Director (Marketing-1) Md. Mizanur Rahman and Director (Marketing-2) Md. Arshaduzzaman.
Key topics of the discussion included:
- Cost-Effective Migration: The delegation commended Yume International’s transparent financial model. The center’s policy of “No File Opening Charge” and “No Advance Payment”—where service charges are applicable only after visa approval—aligns perfectly with SKOESL’s commitment to ethical, low-cost migration.
- Job Sectors: The teams analyzed current vacancies in Japan, specifically in sectors such as Nursing Care, Building Cleaning, Material Processing, Shipbuilding, and Agriculture, where monthly basic salaries start from approximately 185,000 JPY (approx. 1.85 Lakh to 4.20 Lakh BDT).
- Holistic Support: The discussion highlighted Yume’s end-to-end support system, which covers everything from Bio-data creation and Embassy interview preparation to post-arrival settlement support in Japan.

Speaking on the occasion, Major Mehedi Hasan emphasized the importance of technical readiness. “To seize the golden opportunity of settling in Japan, language proficiency is the key. Our partnership with training centers that prioritize discipline and quality education is vital for the reputation of Bangladeshi workers abroad,” he noted.
The visit concluded with a mutual agreement to work closely on upcoming recruitment drives, ensuring that candidates processed through SKOESL and trained by Yume International meet the highest standards required by Japanese employers.
