• Profile Assessment: Our counselors review your skills (education, trade experience) and advise you on which country is best for you.
  • Example: If you have technical skills, we may suggest South Korea. If you are a care worker, we may suggest Japan.

Step 2: Skill Development & Training

Foreign employers want skilled workers. If you are unskilled, we help you become a professional.

• Technical Training: Through our partner Technical Training Centers (TTCs), we offer courses in Masonry, Welding, Electrical, Driving, and more.
• Language Training (Japan & Korea): For East Asian markets, language is the key. We facilitate intensive language courses (Japanese N4/N5, Korean EPS) to ensure you pass the required tests.
• Soft Skills: We teach you interview techniques and how to present yourself professionally to foreign delegates.

Step 3: Medical & Background Verification

We ensure you are ready to fly without legal hurdles.

• Medical Checkup: We guide you to approved medical centers (e.g., GAMCA) to ensure you are fit for the job.
• Police Clearance: We assist you in applying for your Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) to prove your clean record.

Step 4: Visa & BMET Processing

We handle the complex paperwork so you don’t have to worry.

• Visa Stamping: We submit your passport to the respective Embassy (Saudi Arabia, etc.) and handle all diplomatic correspondence.
• Manpower Card: We process your clearance from the Bureau of Manpower, Employment and Training (BMET) and obtain your Smart Card, which is your legal permit to work abroad.
• Insurance: We ensure you are covered by the mandatory wage-earners’ insurance policy.

Step 5: Pre-Departure Orientation (PDO)

Before you board the plane, we ensure you know what to expect. Our 3-day mandatory briefing covers:

• Country Laws: What is legal and illegal in your host country (e.g., alcohol laws in KSA, traffic rules in Japan).
• Workplace Safety: How to use safety gear and avoid accidents.
• Remittance Management: How to open a bank account and send money home legally to get the 2.5% govt. incentive.
