Grievance Redressal Policy

Our Grievance Redressal Mechanism is designed to ensure that every candidate, worker, and partner has a safe voice and that every concern is addressed with absolute fairness and speed.

We maintain a Zero-Tolerance Policy towards corruption, hidden charges, and unethical behavior.
1. What Can Be Reported?
We encourage candidates and their families to report any irregularities immediately. You can file a grievance regarding:
- Financial Misconduct: Demands for unauthorized fees, “speed money,” or bribes by any staff or intermediary.
- Misrepresentation: Discrepancies between the promised job/salary and the actual offer letter.
- Process Delays: Unexplained delays in visa processing or flight scheduling.
- Workplace Issues (Abroad): Non-payment of salary, denial of medical rights, or unsafe working conditions in the host country.
- Staff Behavior: Unprofessional or rude conduct by any SKOESL representative.
2. How to File a Grievance
We have simplified the process to ensure accessibility for everyone.

3. Our Redressal Process
We follow a structured, military-grade protocol to handle complaints:
- Step 1: Acknowledgment (Within 24 Hours) Upon receiving a complaint, we issue a unique tracking number to the complainant.
- Step 2: Internal Investigation (48-72 Hours) A designated officer investigates the matter. If the complaint involves a staff member, they are temporarily removed from the process to ensure impartiality.
- Step 3: Resolution & Action
- For Local Issues: Immediate corrective action is taken (e.g., refund of excess fees, disciplinary action against staff).
- For Issues Abroad: We immediately contact the foreign employer and the Bangladesh Embassy in the host country to mediate and enforce the employment contract.
- Step 4: Feedback & Closure The complainant is informed of the outcome. The case is closed only when a fair resolution is achieved.
4. Whistleblower Protection
Your Safety is Our Priority. We understand that reporting a problem takes courage. SKOESL guarantees complete confidentiality for anyone filing a grievance. There will be no retaliation against any candidate or employee who reports misconduct in good faith. As a concern of Sena Kalyan Sangstha, we are committed to protecting our people.
