Global Operations & Deployment Status

We have successfully expanded our operational footprint beyond traditional markets, establishing a strong presence in the Middle East and aggressively entering the European hospitality and service sectors.

Middle East (GCC)

• Saudi Arabia (KSA): We have successfully deployed skilled and semi-skilled workforce, including Construction Workers and Skilled Workers. Our enlistment process with the KSA Embassy in Dhaka is currently being facilitated through DGFI.
• Qatar: We are finalizing a strategic tripartite contract among Khalifa Recruiters, AHQ Veterans Dte, and SKOESL to streamline recruitment. We have already initiated the processing for a draft demand of 80 skilled/unskilled workers.

Europe & New Markets

SKOESL is actively processing work permits for high-demand roles across Europe:

• Croatia: We have completed the preliminary selection of 111 candidates for the restaurant and hospitality sector.
• Moldova: We have successfully selected 37 candidates for restaurant roles, with visa processing currently underway.
• Greece: We are processing work permits for hotel maintenance workers and have received further demands for hospitality staff.
• Hungary: Interviews have been conducted, and 35 candidates have been preliminarily selected for Factory and Warehouse roles.
• Ireland: We have begun submitting work permit files for caregivers.

East Asia (South Korea)

• Strategic Partnership: To strengthen our footprint in East Asia, we have appointed Mr. Frank K Sim as our consultant for the South Korean market.
• Compliance & Training: Our consultant visited the Bangladesh Korea Training Centre along with the General Manager of SKOESL in April 2025 to ensure our training facilities meet Korean standards. We anticipate receiving immediate manpower demands shortly.

New Venture: SKOESL Study Abroad

SKOESL has launched a dedicated wing to facilitate higher education opportunities for Bangladeshi students in top-tier global universities.

Program Highlights:

• Total Applicants: 68 Students processed across various programs.
• Malaysia: Students processed for University of Uniten (Winter Semester), with confirmed travel scheduled for July 2025.
• Austria: processed 30 applications for Bachelor & Masters programs at Innsbruck University.
• United Kingdom: Secured offer letters for students at the University of Hertfordshire, University of Hull, and University of Northumbria, with candidates currently undergoing IELTS language training.
